We offer a few types of postage services for domestic and international buyers. We will deliver your item(s) within 3 working days upon payment received.
DOMESTIC BUYERS (Malaysia) :
1. poslaju (secure with tracking code & fast, signature require)
Peninsular : first 500gm = RM6.00 , next 250gm = RM1.15
Sabah : first 500gm = RM9.50, next 250gm = RM2.30
Sarawak : first 500gm = RM8.60, next 250gm = RM2.30
2. Registered post
(normal post with tracking code and signature is required )
the price include packaging & postage and registered sticker
Malaysia : first 100gm = RM3.50
3. E – parcel (for larger item, anything that cant fit in an 9″x16″ envolope, with tracking code)
the price include packaging & postage
first 1kg = RM4.00
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS :
1. registered by air -tracking code, signature require
Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines : 100gm = RM7.00, next 20gm =RM0.70
Australia, New Zealand, Japan : 100gm = RM8.50, next 20gm = RM0.70
Europe : 100gm = RM8.40, next 20gm = RM1.00
USA, Canada : First 60gm = RM9.30, next 20gm = RM1.40
2. poslaju (courier service)
Singapore : 500gm and below = Rm25 (SGD12.10)
*once we posted your item we will send you a tracking number by email, by then you can keep track with your item from http://www.pos.com.my/.
• other countries that we did not mention above please send us an email at eiphilia@hotmail.com for postage quotation.
· please allow 2 to 3 weeks to receive your item.
• if you prefer to use courier service let us know in the order form, we can arrange it for you.
• if there is any "free shipping" statement means free shipping within Malaysia only
• we are not responsible for any damage caused during shipping / post delivery / lost, but we will try our best make sure that your item has been packed safely to avoid damage.
